1. Getting Started

  • Can i use the same email i used before the migration?

    Yes. Signing in with the same email should restore your existing user, role, wallet, and history rather than forcing a brand-new registration.

  • Do i need KYC to play or deposit ?

    Not for match play. Crypto (NOWPayments) and M-Pesa (KesPay) follow their own flows. Some fiat on/off-ramps (e.g. TransFi) require completing KYC/profile checks before buy/sell.

  • Do i need subscription to play?

    No for normal paid 1v1s. Yes for friendly ($0) matches — any paid tier (Silver/Gold; legacy Bronze still counts if present). Subscription mainly reduces the platform fee on paid matches.

  • How do I create a FifaForce account?

    Go to Login and sign in with email OTP and/or Google . On first login we create your account; if you already had an account under the same email, we link it so your wallet and history stay intact. You’re logged in via a secure session cookie.

  • How do i link my gamertag?

    In onboarding (Console Accounts step) or later in Profile settings, add your PSN and/or Xbox gamertag (and EA ID if you want it on your profile). You need at least one console tag for console platforms; match the platform you pick when creating a challenge.

  • Walk me through my first paid match.

    1. Deposit funds → 2) Create Challenge (game, platform, format, stake, rules) → 3) Opponent accepts (or you accept someone’s open challenge) → 4) Both confirm rules → 5) Start / play in-game → 6) Both report the score → 7) If scores match, winner is paid (pot minus fee).   • What do i need before i can play?

    For PlayStation challenges you need a PSN gamertag. For Xbox challenges you need an Xbox gamertag. Mobile FC challenges don’t require those console tags. You also need enough wallet balance for the stake (unless it’s a friendly $0 match). KYC is for some payment ramps, not for creating challenges.

  • What’s the difference between open, direct and instant challenges ?

    Open = listed for anyone (or private with invite code). Direct = sent to a specific opponent. Instant = system tries to find a suitable opponent by game/platform/stake/skill (±200 Elo) and can put you straight into accepted status.

  • Why can’t I create a challenge ?

    Common blockers: not logged in; account banned; missing gamertag for that platform; balance below stake (remember Bo3 = stake ×3, Bo5 ×5); stake outside min/max (default $1–$500); trying a friendly ($0) match without a paid Silver/Gold plan or while friendlies are disabled; too many pending chall...
