Disputes & Evidence

• Are funds locked during a dispute?

  Yes — escrow remains locked until admin resolution. Neither player should expect to withdraw that stake until it’s settled or refunded.

• Can sopport reverse a completed match without a dispute?

  Players should use the dispute flow with evidence. Admins resolve via dispute tools; CS should not promise manual wallet edits outside admin process.

• How do i open one?

  From the match detail page (dispute / contest result). Opponent is notified; match moves to disputed and funds stay in escrow.

• How long is the evidence window?

  Default 15 minutes after dispute creation (platform rule). Upload promptly; don’t wait for the window to close.

• What are possible rulings?

  resolved_creator | resolved_opponent | resolved_draw | dismissed (plus open / under_review while pending).

• What counts as good evidence?

  Clear final scoreboard screenshots from console/PC; video of the ending (PNG/JPG/MP4/MOV/WebM; UI allows up to ~50MB). Evidence should show the full score and preferably gamertags/context.

• What happens if dismissed?

  Both players get full wager refunds; match cancelled. Used when the dispute shouldn’t award a competitive result.

• What happens on a draw ruling?

  Draw settlement: each receives wager minus half the fee (same as a played draw).

• What happens to funds on a win ruling?

  Match settles like a normal win for that side: pot minus the match’s stored platform fee → winner wallet.

• When can i open a dispute?

  When the match is in_progress, score_reported, or already disputed, and you’re a participant. Only one dispute per match. Score mismatches also auto-create a dispute.
