Referrals & Commission Wallet
-
Can I withdraw commission directly via crypto/M-Pesa?
Transfer to main wallet first, then withdraw with normal wallet rules (approvals, min amounts, network). -
Does Gold subscription increase my referral %?
No. Gold only discounts your match platform fees when you create challenges. -
You earn on referred users’ fee-generating activity attributed to your link, not a rebate on every match you personally play (unless you’re also somehow attributed — standard model is recruit → their fees).
-
How do i move commission to my main wallet?
Use Transfer to wallet on the Commission Wallet page. That credits main walletBalance so you can stake or withdraw via normal methods. -
Eligible users get a personal invite/referral link (FirstPromoter-backed; often shaped like fifaforce.com?ref=…). Friends sign up through that link and play; you earn commission on fees.
-
Default 10% of the platform fee generated (via FirstPromoter tracking), not 10% of the full pot. Example: $20 pot, $3 fee → referral share $0.30 (before any hold/pending rules).
-
Is this the affiliate program?
No. Referral = standard invite link for all users (when enabled). Affiliate = separate application/approval program with higher tiers — currently disabled. -
After tracked fee events / FirstPromoter webhooks mark a commission. Pending vs available depends on program hold rules; users should check Commission Wallet history.
-
In your Commission Wallet (available / pending / earned breakdown), not instantly in the main play wallet.
-
Why don’t I see Invite Friends / Commission Wallet?
Admin flags feature_referral_program_enabled and/or feature_commission_wallet_enabled may be off (fail-closed). That’s expected when those products are paused.
