Fees & Payouts
-
Do friendly ($0) matches pay fees?
No escrow, no pot, no platform fee. They’re practice/social and require a paid subscription when friendlies are enabled. -
totalPot = wager × 2 where wager is already the total escrowed stake (including Bo3/Bo5 multiplier). fee = totalPot × feePercent/100 winnerPayout = totalPot − fee
-
Is the fee the same as a cancellation/no-show penalty?
No. Match service fee applies on completed/settled results. Cancellation/no-show/rage-quit use the penalty engine percentages (separate three-way splits). -
Each player gets roughly wager − fee/2 back (fee still taken from the pot, split). Skill rating does not change on draws.
-
production intended fee is 10% of tge total pot(both players’ stakes). Stored on the match at create time so it doesn’t change mid-match.
-
Whose subscription sets the fee?
The challenge creator’s subscription tier at create time. Opponent’s plan does not change that match’s fee %. -
