    Your in-app balance is tracked in USD. You can set a preferred display currency (ISO code) for UX; stakes and fees settle in wallet USD terms.

  • What do crypto withdrawal statuses mean?

    Typical path: pending_approval → approved → pending / processing → finished (or failed / rejected / marked_paid). awaiting_verification can appear during provider checks. Rejected/failed cases are handled by finance so funds aren’t left stuck without review.

  • What fiat ramps are available?

    Deposit UI may show Direct/fiat providers such as LocalRamp, TransFi, Onramper, and Transak (availability depends on region and provider config). These are separate from crypto invoices and M-Pesa. Some require KYC.

  • Which crypto can i withdraw?

    Withdrawals are validated for USDT on BEP20 (BSC) — addresses must be 0x + 40 hex. TRC20-style addresses are rejected. Use the correct network or funds can be lost off-platform.

  • Why is my crypto withdrawal "pending finance review "?

    By default crypto withdrawals debit your wallet immediately but start as pending_approval. An admin must approve before payout processing. Auto-approval only applies if finance settings enable it and the amount is inside the auto band (defaults often require approval for all).

  • Why was my balance reduced before the withdrawal finished?

    We lock/debit funds when you request a withdrawal so you can’t stake the same money twice. If finance rejects or the payout fails under reconcile rules, funds are restored according to the failure path — users should check transaction history and support with the withdrawal ID.
