Deposits credit when the provider confirms (crypto network confirmations / M-Pesa success / ramp webhook) — not on a fixed SLA in-app. Withdrawals often need admin approval first, then provider processing. There’s no guaranteed minute-level ETA in product; tell users “pending review” is normal for crypto payouts.
